CURRENT PROJECTS   In this section you can check some our current projects, so that you can better evaluate what we are doing and for who.       Downtown Villas - Seminyak   Customer Service Database Application - Project delivered and running - The General Manager of the hotel wants to have an in-house customer service database handling application dedicated to the very personalized service that his hotel is providing. Detailed reports on guests' geographical distribution, expense habits, nationalities, gender etc. helps the marketing section of the villas to target specific demographic for direct marketing. Integration with Microsoft Outlook allows a very easy e-mail distribution of birthday cards and other customer service related correspondence. The system is now undergoing a thorough set of testing before his introduction in early '06. Click the thumbnail to enlarge       Canggu Club - Bali’s First Members Only Club   Prospect Tracking Database Application - Project delivered and running - Click the thumbnail to enlarge The request from the membership team of the Canggu Club was for a simple and efficient system to manage the large number of potential new members. The system has a very intuitive layout, and required only one session of training for the local staff to start to use it. As output it generates (by the mean of a single click on a button) a full set of reports that before requested several hours of work. The delivery time of the first release has been of only 8 working days. Currently we are working on some more reports that could be generated.   On the other side (furniture shop and purchasing agent in Bali)   Purchase Order Generator  - Project delivered and running - In this case the request from the client was of a easy to use purchase order generator tool that was linked to a basic stock control system. Prior to the introduction of this system, every purchase order was manually typed on a spreadsheet, printed, faxed and filed. Now all the handling of all these operations is done using the application saving time and, more important, improving accuracy of the data. The delivery time of the first release has been of 10 working days and currently the team from On the other side is reviewing the application to suggest eventual upgrades.
